Job summary

Hunter Communications is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Eugene, OR to contact prospective customers and deliver tailored internet and phone solutions. You will build rapport, identify customer needs, and provide personalized options while meeting sales goals.

The role includes CRM order processing, coordination with installation teams, and participation in ongoing training. Base salary is $40,000 with commissions and substantial bonus potential in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales experience required.
• CRM experience with Salesforce and Rev.io.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and guide customers through the selection process.
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers to close sales and provide additional assistance.
• Efficiently manage time to balance customer interactions, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
• Educate customers on pricing, promotions and available services.
• Assist customers with scheduling and rescheduling service appointments.
• Attend local events to drive brand awareness as needed.
• Process customer orders from phone, email, text, chat, and website inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, Rev.io).
• Coordinate between sales and installation teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams and participate in trainings to improve skills.
