Job summary

Hunter Communications is seeking an Inside Account Executive to contact prospective customers and deliver tailored internet and phone solutions. You will build rapport, identify needs, and provide personalized solutions while meeting sales goals.

The role involves processing orders via phone, email, text, chat and website, maintaining CRM records (Salesforce, Rev.io), and coordinating with installation teams. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a solid commission plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales experience required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Rev.io) and Google Suite or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• This is a full-time position with hours 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and guide customers through the selection process.
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers to close sales and provide additional assistance.
• Process customer orders from phone, email, text, chat, and website inquiries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate between sales and installation teams.
• Attend local events to drive brand awareness as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to meet sales goals.
