Job summary

Mira Home is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist in Utah to convert inbound leads and follow up on warm referrals, educating customers on Mira’s coverage, pricing, and service value. You’ll set expectations, create long-term value, and help families protect their homes with Mira.

You will handle calls, emails, and messages, document opportunities, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding. Competitive base pay plus commission, with strong earning potential and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Accurately document interactions and next steps in FieldRoutes.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service expectations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
• Maintain professionalism, product knowledge, and brand integrity in all interactions.

What you'll do

The Customer Solutions Specialist plays a vital role in driving top-line growth by converting inbound opportunities and upselling add-on services. This position focuses on educating customers, setting proper expectations, and creating long-term, value-driven relationships.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and messages to generate new business and upsell existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions to drive conversions
• Educate prospects on service offerings, pricing, and value propositions to overcome objections
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities to move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Accurately document interactions, opportunities, and next steps in FieldRoutes
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service expectations
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals
• Maintain professionalism, product knowledge, and brand integrity in all customer interactions

Qualifications

• A passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Confidence with sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Proficiency (or willingness to learn) FieldRoutes and NICE CRM
• Commitment to honesty, empathy, and accountability
• Sales/call center experience or completion of inside sales baseline training preferred
• Familiarity with inside sales, account creation, or call center operations (FieldRoutes experience a plus)

Base Pay

$15/hour + commission

Average Annual Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000
