POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Lexington, KY. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, answer product questions, process orders, and provide solutions to ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

You will build relationships with customers while supporting showroom and warehouse operations, contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role emphasizes service, accuracy, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers for most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic computer systems and MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluate warranty items and provide delivery estimates based on vendor schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; occasionally use an RF scanner.
• Restock showroom merchandise and support warehouse duties.
