Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and solve problems; enter orders and follow up
• Maximize customer contact on the phone; upsell accessories or replacements
• Write bids/quotations and perform follow-up
• Document all customer interactions in ACS and coordinate with Outside Sales
• Attend product and sales trainings and keep product knowledge current
