Lawn & Pest Solutions in New Albany, MS is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to convert inquiries into sales, build strong customer relationships, and educate clients on our lawn care and pest control programs.

This full-time role offers a base salary with commission, the chance to advance with a friendly, results-driven team, and benefits including dental, vision, retirement matching, and BCBS health coverage.

Competenze

HS Diploma or GED
Customer service, prospecting and people skills
Phone, email and chat communication skills
Persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
Must be available to work 40-plus hours per week
Maintain professional image at all times
Pre-employment background check, drug screen and MVR approval required

Mansioni

Convert new customer inquiries, leads, and estimates into sales over the phone
Build strong customer relationships
Address customer complaints, questions, and service concerns
Educate customers on our services, treatment programs, and recommended solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and opportunities
Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, prospecting, and follow-up with potential customers
Handle assigned cancellation requests with a focus on resolving concerns and retaining customers
Communicate and coordinate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience
