Cash-Wa Distributing in Salina, KS is seeking a Commercial Equipment Sales Specialist to sell commercial food service equipment and promote design and consultation services. You will identify potential clients, build relationships, assist with bids, and manage project delivery from the job site to installation.

The role requires coordinating with marketing, management, logistics, and service teams, traveling within the territory, and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
• 2 years of experience with commercial equipment, including installation, maintenance, and operation.
• CAD or Rivet experience reading drawings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with sales teams to assist existing customers within the CWD family, including on-site visits to facilitate sales and educate them on the design process.
• Research and identify new potential clients in the food service industry, with emphasis on government contracts, schools, and multi-unit accounts not serviced by Buller/Sunflower.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, management, accounting, logistics, and installation/service departments.
• Develop and execute warm and cold call plans to grow the customer base through calls, emails, and networking.
• Provide management with ideas for new promotions, products, and strategies to increase profit and sales.
• Collect and process customer orders efficiently and provide feedback to management and product teams.
• Ride with and support the Distribution team with their customers.
• Bid Development: understand client objectives and formulate bids meeting needs at acceptable costs and margins.
• Project Oversight: manage project activities to stay on time and within budget.
