Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the United States. The role focuses on servicing showroom customers, handling inquiries, and processing orders for exterior building products.

The candidate should be motivated, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to learn our product lines. Bilingual Spanish helps, and physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.
• High level of integrity and commitment to customer service.
• Strong interest in sales and retail with customer focus.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with customers.
• Computer skills including keyboard and monitor use.
• Ability to lift and carry building materials up to 70 pounds.
• Bilingual / Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answer inquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on plans.
• Develop knowledge of Lansing's products and services for superior service.
• Fill orders using the inventory system and maintain inventory control.
• Assist in the warehouse with loading and unloading materials as needed.
