Fortis Life Sciences, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the United States to grow sales and customer engagement by proactively contacting current and prospective customers by phone and other remote channels. You will develop, identify, and close direct sales opportunities across Fortis products and solutions.

Responsibilities include building relationships, expanding the sales pipeline, coordinating with field sales and support teams, and delivering a strong customer experience

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or life sciences.
• 2+ years of sales experience in life sciences or related field.
• Knowledge of inside sales practices and CRM processes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and elevate complex issues.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product sales by developing and securing direct sales opportunities.
• Proactively contact customers by phone and remote channels to grow the pipeline.
• Generate market interest and close sales through targeted initiatives.
• Solicit opportunities and refer qualified leads to appropriate resources.
• Provide responsive sales support and product information over calls.
• Participate in on-site product demonstrations as needed.
• Maintain CRM data and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Support business objectives and contribute to Fortis' mission.
