Sunlight Batteries USA is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to serve as the liaison between customers, the sales team, and internal departments. You will help ensure accurate quotes, timely communication, and efficient order tracking while supporting both lead-acid and lithium-ion product lines.

The role requires strong organizational skills, data analysis ability, and excellent communication. Experience with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office will be an asset in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a related business function.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Sunlight Batteries USA products, services, applications, and pricing to support customers and the sales team.
  • Provide quoting support for lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion systems, chargers, accessories, and related solutions.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
  • Track and communicate warranty information, delivery timelines, and order status updates.
  • Monitor and update lithium-ion order information, including product tracking and shipment coordination with international suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in company systems.
  • Support sales demonstrations by gathering operational data and assisting with presentations.
  • Manage the demonstration fleet of lead-acid and lithium-ion systems and chargers.
  • Coordinate information regarding used and surplus inventory to support sales opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining forklift selector guides and product resources for sales.
  • Update distribution and service network databases and mapping resources.
  • Support onboarding and setup of new customer, agent, and dealer accounts.
  • Prepare reports and provide analytical support to identify sales trends and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Your Impact

What You'll Do

  • Provide quoting support for lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion systems, chargers, accessories, and related solutions.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
  • Track and communicate warranty information, delivery timelines, and order status updates through the appropriate internal channels.

What You'll Bring
