Role Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts and market segments.
• Build relationships with industry contacts for referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service activities.
• Volunteer and partner with philanthropic organizations.

Compensation and Benefits

After training, starting salary is $50,000 with unlimited weekly commissions. After 1 year, salary increases to $60,000 with continued earning potential.

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
