The Inside Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in our growth strategy. As the primary contact for our vendors, they build and strengthen relationships, turning warm leads into opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration and support.

Essential Job Duties
  • Own Your Pipeline: Make 75-95 outbound calls daily to grow merchant relationships.
  • Close Deals: Help vendors succeed using our tools and resources.
  • Be the Go-To Expert: Manage your business, ensure merchant success, and help achieve KPIs.
  • Stay Sharp: Participate in training, deepen product knowledge, and exceed sales goals.
  • Relationship Builder: Create connections and drive results.
  • Work as a team: We value in-person collaboration in our work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside or phone sales experience.
  • Consistency: A solid work history verifiable on your resume.
  • Basic math skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and computer literacy.
  • Minimum Age: 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
