Description

The Inside Sales Specialist plays a vital role in our growth strategy. As the primary contact for vendors, they build and strengthen relationships, turning warm leads into opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration and support.

Essential Job Duties
  • Own Your Pipeline: Make 75-95 outbound calls daily to grow merchant relationships.
  • Close Deals: Help vendors succeed using AFF's tools and resources.
  • Be the Go-To Expert: Manage your business, ensure merchant success, and meet KPIs.
  • Stay Sharp: Participate in training, deepen product knowledge, and exceed sales goals.
  • Relationship Builder: Create connections and drive results.
  • Work as a team: We value in-person collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: At least one year in inside or phone sales.
  • Consistency: A stable work history.
  • Math Skills: Proficient in basic calculations.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Literacy: Able to operate common office tools.
  • Minimum Age: 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged.
