We are partnering with a local company, TruLog, for an Inside Sales Representative role. In this role you will develop estimates and sell products and accessories to new and existing accounts. This role primarily responds to inbound customer inquiries and referrals, requiring knowledge of our products, including installation and configuration for customers. Experience in construction including areas like preparing estimates from drawings, sketches, and blueprints is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to explain product features and secure orders.
  • Prepare cost estimates for projects based on specifications using relevant methodologies and tools.
  • Consult with clients post-sale to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in "business to customer" products.
  • Understanding of sales principles and methods.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Basic mathematical skills including geometry and measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Knowledge of home construction or external siding installation is a plus.

Business Systems/Tools Used:

  • Desktop/laptop computers, printers, mobile and desktop phones
  • HubSpot (CRM)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Digital Marketing platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, HTML)
  • Calculators and architect scales for estimates

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
