Job summary

Green Worldwide Shipping is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our energetic sales team in Aurora. You will drive aggressive new business development, set appointments for sales and branch management across 16 locations nationwide, and collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and management to promote new programs and campaigns to prospects.

This role relies on heavy CRM usage and data entry, with scheduling and reporting duties.

Responsibilities

• The Inside Sales Specialist's primary responsibility is aggressive new business development, setting up appointments for sales and branch management across 16 locations nationwide to drive the Company's commercial goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and management to promote new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings to prospects.
• U tilizes trade research platforms, industry associations, social platforms, and other forms of digital media to mine, qualify, research, and solicit new business.
• All work will be tracked, managed, and completed within the Company's Client Relationship Management tool; usage is mandatory (training provided). This role involves heavy data entry and management, and is easier for tech-savvy candidates.
• Ensure handoff, scheduling (digital scheduling calendar provided), and follow-up with sales and branch management.
• Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to ensure the sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the Company. Support other departmental management by facilitating relationships among members of these departments and locations to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
• The right candidate will be able to communicate effectively, negotiate, mediate conflict, remain objective, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Conduct selling efforts as needed to meet defined monthly goals.
• Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
• Other duties, as needed.

Pay for this role ranges from $50,000-$65,000

This role will remain open until 12/31/2026 or until filled.
