Poolcorp is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in St. Augustine, FL to assist customers at the counter and over the phone, enter orders, generate invoices, and help ensure smooth sales and pickup experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Familiarity with pool supplies or pool maintenance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Provide an estimated delivery date based on vendor production and delivery schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; restock showroom merchandise as needed.
• Cross-train in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
