Job summary

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products. You will support orders, upsell solutions, and coordinate pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-sell additional products and supplies
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise
