Buffalo Biodiesel Marketing Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative Trainee in Buffalo, NY. Industry experience is not required; training is provided to learn the essentials of our value proposition and sales process.

The role includes a base pay of $20/hr plus bonuses tied to quota, with an 8am–5pm schedule and benefits such as PTO and Life Insurance. We emphasize a supportive, growth-oriented environment in the biodiesel sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cold-calling experience.
• Ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• B2B experience is a plus.
• A can-do attitude. Making calls all day is not for everyone, and we get that.
• Ability to learn our industry and talking points.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Pay:

• $20/hr. base pay
• Bonus pay for both residual and contract bonus if you meet quota. Bonus should exceed base pay.

• Consistently achieve establish monthly sales objectives
• Maintain a high volume of proactive outbound outreach and live conversation time each day
• Ensure thorough documentation of all activities and timely follow-up with prospects and customers
