Position Overview

As an ISR, you''ll be responsible for reaching out to business prospects by phone, sparking interest in our services, and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team.

This is a high-activity, entry-level sales role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, hitting daily goals, and working independently in a structured environment. We provide all the tools, training, and scripts—you bring the energy and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Must Haves

• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence

• High school diploma or GED required
• Able to multitask between tools/screens while on calls

Nice to Haves

• 1+ year experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center sales
• Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
