Job summary

Allstate Texas in Houston is seeking a remote sales associate to drive growth through calls, live chat, SMS, and other channels. You will apply insurance knowledge to uncover customer needs and recommend suitable coverages across Allstate's portfolio.

The role requires weekend and night availability, a TX license or willingness to obtain it, and a reliable home workspace with provided equipment. Strong communication and results focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TX Personal Lines or P&C license preferred (or willingness to earn).
• 1+ year of sales or related experience is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and nights is required.
• Reliable internet with Ethernet and dedicated home workspace provided.
