The Inside Sales Representative will manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls. You will contact office staff of assigned accounts and identify key decision makers within the practice, including Physicians, Medical Assistants, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other medical professionals, with the goal of educating and developing relationships. Your goal is to deliver accurate product information and educate healthcare providers about the vaccine program, ensuring access to patient assistance materials and programs.

Additionally, you may provide lead generation, appointment setting, recruitment for virtual lunch and learns, and assist in recruiting for national meetings, along with general sales support for brand representatives.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
  • Stay current with market knowledge and competitive products
  • Maintain a professional image for Buyer and Buyer Products
  • Participate in all required training and sales meetings
  • Make educational presentations
  • Complete, accurate, and timely submission of all call activity and timekeeping within the CRM
  • Ensure compliance with Promotional Program and proper use of promotional materials and budgets
  • Participate or coordinate virtual and live lunch & learns as applicable
  • Interact appropriately with co-promotional partners or counterparts
Qualifications
  • Four-Year College Degree required
  • Minimum 1-3 years inside sales or B2B territory management experience preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience maintaining accurate records of sales activities
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Experience with Sales Force preferred
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex product information professionally
  • Ability to accept coaching and feedback
  • Effective multitasking across systems
  • Reliable, punctual, high work ethic
  • Flexibility to meet business needs
  • Private, quiet workspace required

The potential base pay range is $30.00-$32.00 per hour, with actual pay depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may apply.
