Location: remote, preferred location Chicago or NY/NJ/CT area

Pay Range: competitive salary, uncapped commissions totaling north of six figures

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality building materials, serving residential, commercial, DIY, and industrial markets. Comprised of a group of 4 companies and growing, they have histories ranging between 25 and 100 years in business and a strong reputation for quality USA-made products. They are well-funded and building out their sales teams at all levels as they execute the growth roadmap under the new CEO, who has a proven track record of successfully expanding businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to generate, qualify, follow up, and close leads
  • Develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Maintain detailed records and follow-ups using CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, marketing) to support customer needs
  • Stay informed on product features and industry applications to tailor sales messaging
  • Achieve sales targets to maximize uncapped commission opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience (industrial/OEM preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with fasteners is a plus
