Empower Rental Group in Panama City, FL is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support branch operations with customers, vendors, and staff. You will handle outbound sales calls, assist with pick-ups/deliveries, and ensure orders are processed accurately to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and own customer needs.

• Routes trucks and maintains driver communication; schedules drivers.
• Schedules truck maintenance and vehicle readiness.
• Complete call-off number recordings and communicate to customers.
• Process contract closeouts and rental period invoicing; ensure cycle invoicing accuracy.
• Manage fuel inventory on site and ordering.
• Write purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Shop Foreman on equipment assignments.
• Assist outside sales representatives and project execution tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain frequent communication.

The Inside Sales Representative supports sales as needed and completes outbound sales calls. The Inside Sales Representative is a true multi-tasker who works in many facets while completing operational tasks and providing customer service to internal and external customers. They work cooperatively with the other members of the team to ensure orders are placed correctly and the customer gets exactly what they need.
