Achieve is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to guide members through personalized digital finance solutions. In our fast-paced, high-volume role, you’ll work with warm leads to uncover financial needs, close deals—often within 1–2 calls—and balance empathy with education to help customers thrive.

The position offers hybrid/remote options with flexible shifts and a strong earning potential through uncapped commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of successful inside sales, outbound call center, or financial/consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, commission-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm leads with high-volume outbound dials (up to 100+ daily).

• Manage and prioritize a dynamic pipeline (20–200+ leads).
• Guide clients through emotionally complex financial decisions toward clear solutions.
• Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and metrics.

We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to guide members through personalized digital finance solutions.

In our fast-paced, high-volume sales role, you will work with warm leads to uncover their financial needs, navigate complex financial situations, and close sales—often within 1–2 calls. Whether taking a fast-closing approach or a consultative strategy, you’ll balance empathy, education, and clear direction to help our customers move from surviving to thriving.

What you’ll do:

• Engage Warm Leads: Manage high-volume outbound dials (up to 100+ daily)
• Consult & Close: Lead consultative, one-call or two-call closes by identifying customer pain points, uncovering financial needs, and articulating the value of our financial products.
• Own Your Pipeline: Efficiently manage, prioritize, and follow up on a dynamic pipeline ranging from 20 to 200+ active leads/transactions without letting opportunities slip through the cracks.
• Balance Empathy & Direction: Build trust quickly during sensitive financial conversations, guiding clients through emotionally complex decisions toward clear solutions.
• Crush Your Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, schedule adherence, and conversion goals to maximize your earnings.
• CRM Navigation: Utilize Salesforce to track lead activity, document interactions, and maintain high pipeline accuracy.

Hybrid/Remote work:

We offer hybrid work options for candidates local to Phoenix, Arizona. We also offer remote work options in Texas.

Shifts:

Flexible 8-hour shifts available between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (MST/PST). Options may include Monday–Friday schedules as well as schedules including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Total Compensation

Our sales roles offer on-target earnings of $80,000 – $130,000+ per year (Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission + Spiffs & Incentives).

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Sales Experience: 2–3+ years of successful inside sales, outbound call center, or financial/consultative sales experience.
• Proven Track Record: History of succeeding in a fast-paced, goal-driven, commission-heavy environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to build quick rapport, handle objections, and influence decision-making with empathy and authority.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales tools while maintaining high-energy interactions.
• Organization & Drive: Excellent time-management skills to prioritize lead follow-ups independently, paired with a desire to accept coaching and continuously improve.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
