Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company hiring a Loan Consultant in the Phoenix area. You will close deals, manage up to 20 active transactions, and guide customers through our loan products to help them move from surviving to thriving.

This role offers hybrid work in the Phoenix metro with remote options in Texas and Florida, a base plus uncapped commissions, and incentives. You will use Salesforce or similar CRM to stay organized while delivering high-energy, customer-focused

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
• A proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
• Willingness to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day and come into Tempe, AZ for training.

Responsibilities

• Close the Deal: Use your sales skills to move prospects through the loan process and close the sale in 1–2 calls.
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring no lead is lost.
• Direct Selling: Identify customer pain points and articulate how our loan product provides a solution.

Work from home/hybrid:

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market, remote work in Texas and Florida.

Start Date: August 10th and September, 2026

Shift(s): Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Hours: An 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:00am-8:00pm PST

Total Compensation: $85,000 – $130,000+ per year (Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission + Spiffs + Incentives)

What you’ll do:

• Close the Deal: Use your sales skills to influence and move prospects through the loan application and close the sale within 1–2 calls.
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
• Direct Selling: Identify customer pain points (medical debt, home repairs, etc.) and articulate how our best-in‑class loan product provides the solution.
• Crush Metrics: Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize your commission.

What you’ll bring:

• Sales Experience: 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
• Closing Power: A proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles. You are motivated by the "win" and the paycheck.
• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
• Flexibility: Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and come into our Tempe, Arizona office for a duration of training.
