Piedmont Plastics in the La Mirada area is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow our business by selling our performance plastics products and building strong relationships.

You will develop new accounts, provide sales support to existing customers, and expand our customer base while maintaining product knowledge. This role offers a competitive salary with commissions and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Inside sales experience in plastic or distribution is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to help us grow our business in the La Mirada metro area. An Inside Sales Representative promotes and sells the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers by sharing product and application knowledge to build a strong and trustworthy relationship.

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will:

• Develop new accounts through proactive outcalls, prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Provide sales support to existing accounts and obtain new ordersto grow market share

An ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 2 years of sales experience with a significant track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals
• Inside sales experience in plastic, industrial or distribution sales preferred, but not required
• A positive attitude and are a team player
