BrandSafway is seeking a Regional Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across the Western and Gulf regions of the United States. The role supports branch operations and collaborates with hiring managers to drive staffing strategies in a remote environment.

You will handle high-volume recruiting while also filling specialized professional roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliant hiring practices.

Qualifications

Regional Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions supporting branch operations throughout the Western and Gulf regions of the United States.
• Recruit for a variety of operational and administrative positions, including branch support, payroll, project management, project controls, and other field operations roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conduct thorough intake meetings, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Serve as a consultative recruiting partner, providing market insights, recommendations, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, balancing high-volume hourly recruiting with more specialized salaried searches.
• Provide timely communication and follow-through to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and requisition tracking within applicant tracking systems and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with regional recruiting colleagues and HR partners to support staffing priorities and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting a combination of hourly and salaried positions.
• Experience recruiting for operations, industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or other multi-location business environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting while supporting more specialized professional positions.
• Experience working independently in a remote recruiting environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing business needs.

• Remote position.
• Candidates must be located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.
• Mountain or Pacific time zone preferred.
• Flexibility to align working hours with Western region business operations is required.
