Job summary

Climate Experts, Melbourne, FL, is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work inside Home Depot locations. No cold calling; you’ll speak with homeowners, book HVAC/plumbing/electrical estimates, and earn $40,000–$60,000+ annually with commissions and spiffs.

THE ROLE

This is not a shelf-stocking job. This is not a customer service role. This is a sales position for someone who is confident, outgoing, and driven by results. You will work the floor of our partner Home Depot locations, approach homeowners, start conversations about their home service needs, and book appointments for our team. The more you book, the more you make. It is that simple.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• - Ask for referrals to expand our customer base

• - Previous sales experience strongly preferred — car sales, cell phones, door to door, gym memberships, insurance, or similar
• - You are the person who talks to strangers without thinking twice
• - Self motivated and money driven — you want to control your own income
• - Outgoing, high energy, and confident on your feet
• - Strong communication skills and the ability to read people quickly
• - Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• - Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
• - Ability to stand and walk for 4 to 8 hours per shift
• - Must pass background check and follow our tobacco-free policy
• - No HVAC or home services experience required — we will train you on the product
