This position is remote, must reside in one of the following states: AR, AZ, MS, IL, GA, IN, FL, CO, TN, KY, MN, MO, NV, NM, OH, TX, PA, WI

Training Schedule

Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM EST

Post-Training Schedule

• EST: M - F 12:30 am - 9:00 pm
• CST: M - F 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
• MST: M - F 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
• PST: M - F 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact targeted patients via inbound and outbound calls to educate them on maximizing their use of Express Scripts Home Delivery Pharmacy.
• Assist with overflow of patient calls, helping convert to Express Scripts Home Delivery or answer basic customer service and order status questions.
• Research and understand Express Scripts services and patients' plan design to effectively educate patients on home delivery options.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve patient issues and answer questions clearly and pleasantly.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, understanding members' benefit plan designs to promote the use of Express Scripts Home Delivery pharmacy. Your goal is to educate patients on the safety and convenience of our services, building rapport, achieving satisfaction, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.

Scope

Target the patient population to increase script volume and revenue for Express Scripts Home Delivery Pharmacy.

• Influence patients professionally to use Express Scripts Home Delivery Pharmacy using informative practices.
• Excellent communication skills to explain and answer questions clearly.
• Problem-solving skills, including overcoming objections.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and learn internal systems quickly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent phone and sales skills.
• Experience with customer service and call centers preferred.
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Ability to influence members professionally to utilize Express Scripts Home Delivery Pharmacy.

Work Environment & Compensation

If working from home, internet must be broadband or fiber with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.

Hourly rate: $17.98 - $26 USD, depending on experience and location.

Potential eligibility for an annual bonus plan.
