Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Beaverton, OR office. This role focuses on building relationships, following up on inbound leads, and making outbound calls to drive new business in digital imaging solutions.

You will manage accounts receivable tasks and collaborate with a team to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• High quality verbal and written communication
• Strong math abilities are necessary
• Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred
• Experience using spreadsheets, database, and word processing software; such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 0-3 years of outside B2B or B2C sales in digital imaging solutions, technology or related industries

• Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Accounts receivable
• Ability to handle high volume phone calls and emails
• Strong problem-solving abilities and phone presence
