Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Baltimore, MD, USA, is seeking a detail-oriented support specialist to assist sales and project coordination teams. You will handle quotations, orders, CRM tasks, and data entry while maintaining customer communications to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with quotations, orders and CRM tasks.
• Follow up with customers and prospects on inquiries and prepared proposals.
• Customer service support including data entry, METrak project setup, updating CRM.
• Review METrak for accurate billing/RFBs.
• Maintain & update METrak & Salesforce databases, including adding company/contact details.
• Ensure RFQ data is accurate and project phases are updated per P-Process.
• Maintain notes and communications between EF staff and customers.
• Support introductory emails for new project kickoff by Project Coordination.
• Help PC team maintain existing customer accounts and satisfaction.
• Assist with interdepartmental events and miscellaneous admin tasks.
• Operator phone call coverage; other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work with assigned sales executives providing support with quotations, orders and CRM related duties.
• Follow up with customers and prospects on inquires and prepared proposals.
• Customer Service support including data entry, METrak project set up, updating CRM, new vendor/accounts processing.
• Review METrak for accurate billing/RFBs
• Maintain & update METrak & Salesforce (OR OTHER) database.
  • Adding customer companies/contact’s information to database.
  • Ensure that all information input during RFQ processing is accurate and all relevant fields are completed.
  • Ensure Project 3.0s and phases are reviewed and updated in accordance with ‘P-Process’ training.
  • Maintain relevant notes that pertain to a project or opportunity. This includes correspondence/communication between EF personnel and correspondence/communication between Project Coordinator (PC) and the customer.
• Support introductory email to customers (auto-email generation) for new project kick off behalf of Project Coordination team.
• Support PC team to Maintain existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and courteous service.
• Interdepartmental support of company sponsored events or miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• Operator phone call coverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

• This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be able to work well and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff as a team member and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• This position requires initiative, judgment and professionalism, and skill in composing a variety of written and electronic materials.
• The candidate should have excellent computer skill and superior proficiency at Microsoft Office applications (Work, Outlook, Excel, and Visio) and Internet Explorer.

Additional Information

Compensation:

• $50,000-$55,000 salary

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
