Inside Sales Representative - Dental Solutions (Solventum)

Role Impact: The Inside Sales Representative will build customer relationships, drive sales through virtual channels, and meet activity and sales goals by leveraging product and market knowledge, collaborating with field sales, and managing accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce new dental care and oral hygiene products to customers and prospects.
  • Drive sales within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, understanding their business models.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet forecasts.
  • Demonstrate technical product knowledge to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve sales quotas and productivity metrics.
  • Share best practices and stay informed about market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher + 2 years experience in sales/dental industry, OR
  • High School Diploma/GED + 7 years experience in sales/dental industry.

Additional preferred skills include account management, Salesforce experience, solution selling, organizational skills, and ability to work remotely.

Work location: Remote-USA. Travel up to 5%. Relocation may be authorized. Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
