Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Baltimore to provide world-class service and help customers select roofing, siding and window products. You will follow a product checklist, upsell where appropriate, and process sales orders efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of roofing/siding/window experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth within ABC Supply.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products.

• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Resolve service concerns when they arise.
