Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Stillwater, OK is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and to process orders.

You will answer phones, enter orders, coordinate pickups, ensure on-time deliveries, and upsell additional products. A positive, service-oriented mindset and good communication are essential.

1–2 years in roofing supply sales or related field preferred; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Competitive benefits and a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist and upsell items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.

Specific duties may include:

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific qualifications include:

• 1-2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented
• Bilingual speaking in Spanish/English is prefer red
