Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, building, and remodeling products. You will answer phones, process orders, and coordinate pickups with the warehouse, delivering world-class service.

The role emphasizes up-selling, product knowledge, and accurate account handling. The position prefers 1-2 years in roofing product experience and bilingual Spanish/English. This on-site role offers growth in a respected distributor.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
