ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Batavia Township, Ohio to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and to process orders. You will answer phones, enter sales orders, collect payments, and coordinate pickups with the warehouse.

The role requires strong communication, 1–2 years in relevant products, and a team-oriented attitude. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow product checklists and upsell additional items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
