This role offers high earning potential with a combination of commission and salary, in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Compensation & Benefits
  • First 6 Months: 100% Commission-Based
  • After 6 Months: Base Salary of $60k + Uncapped Commission
  • First Year Earnings (Average): $90k-$140k

Responsibilities
  1. Build your book of business by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and nurturing relationships with hiring managers.
  2. Manage full cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers.
  3. Utilize Shtudy’s technology to find top talent and streamline processes.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for clients and candidates, ensuring quality matches.
  5. Embrace a 'people-first' approach to help individuals land jobs and assist companies in securing top talent.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience and/or 6+ months of recruiting experience (tech recruiting a plus).
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Passion for building relationships and helping others succeed.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Optional: LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator experience; company provides access after 6 months.
