What You Will Be Doing

This is your chance to build your own book of business and manage a full lifecycle recruiting desk while collaborating with a talented team of sales professionals. Use your own and manager-trained lead generation techniques with our top-tier tools to attract new clients. Source top talent using our proprietary systems. You will be the primary contact for both clients and candidates, giving you full control over your desk and earning potential.

What You Need for this Position

Holidays and Additional Perks

We observe nine company-paid holidays, including Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Native American Heritage Day, and Christmas. If a holiday falls on a weekend, it is observed on the closest weekday. We are also typically closed from Christmas to New Year's.
