Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, closing profitable sales orders, and processing orders received.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information.
• Sell products and services, offer add‑on and up‑sell opportunities, and recommend alternatives when a requested product is not available.
• Close sales orders and verify that customer needs are met.
• Work with branch personnel to provide competitive quotations.
• Ensure proper communication of order details to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Sales experience preferred and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

Hourly rate $19.00 – $22.00 plus base plus sales commission opportunity.

Physical Demands

Standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping frequently; occasional sitting, talking/hearing. Use of hands/fingers required. Lifting and carrying: 1–20 lbs continuously; 21–50 lbs frequently; 51–100 lbs occasionally. Buddy lift or mechanical device encouraged.
