Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Virden, IL. In this position, the representative engages with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and in person to present insurance products, explain coverage options, and support the sales process. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management system. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting retention efforts by responding promptly to questions and service requests. The Inside Sales Representative is expected to contribute to a positive office environment and uphold regulatory and company standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and work toward defined targets.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and client support.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients.
