Job summary

Inside Sales Representative:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible forgenerating new business opportunities anddeveloping and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and achieving or exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business (B2B) or customer-facing environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, present solutions, negotiate effectively, and provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and virtual interactions.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemto manage customer accounts, track sales activities, maintain accurate records, monitor opportunities, forecast pipeline activity, and support overall sales performance
