Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service and sales oriented professional in Seattle, WA to handle price quotes, orders, and inquiries. You will coordinate delivery with operations and support the Outside Sales team while adhering to pricing guidelines.

Prior front-line service and sales experience is required; construction materials background is a plus, and Spanish bilingual ability is beneficial. This role offers comprehensive benefits.

What you'll do:

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections

• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
