We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a reputable Medical Device Company. THIS IS A REMOTE - 14-WEEK PROJECT.

Requirements:

  • AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience preferred;
  • 2+ years inside sales, direct sales, customer service or telemarketing experience preferred;
  • Prior service contract selling experience is ideal;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Confident, professional, and a self-starter;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Proven sales success record;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle;
  • Ability to discuss and propose solutions with key decision makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce client’s service contracts to current customers;
  • Establish new business sales via email and outbound calls;
  • Focus on biomed and materials management departments;
  • Identify decision makers and review service options;
  • Assess current equipment and warranty terms to recommend solutions;
  • Send formal service menu documents to customers;
  • Follow up for feedback on service options;
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions;
  • Develop solutions that meet client goals.
