Job summary

Berger Moving & Storage in Roseville, MN is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to grow the customer base and drive relocations, storage, and related services.

You will develop prospects by phone or virtual meetings, quote prices, understand client needs, and collaborate with Move Coordinators and Operations. We value strong verbal and written communication, follow-up, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Previous sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Residential moving experience preferred.
• Confident with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent follow up skills are essential.
• Must be a team player.
• Strong presentation, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops new prospects and interacts with existing clients by phone/virtually;
• Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of Berger services and our pricing structure;
• Determines customer needs and proposes appropriate services;
• Provides price quotes for local/long distance moving services and storage;
• Clearly and accurately communicates the customers’ needs and expectations to the Move Coordinators and Operations teams;
• Provides timely follow up with potential customers and office staff;
• Focuses on the retention and growth of business for Berger Moving and Storage;
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Previous sales experience at a customer service level (preferred);
• Previous experience in residential moving (preferred);
• Confident with strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent follow up skills are essential;
• Must be a team player;
• Strong presentation, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills;
• Able to work in a fast paced team sales environment with minimal supervision;
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
