Your Role at Keystone Automotive Operations

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative at our Portland, OR location, with industry knowledge of aftermarket and trailer repair. You will deliver exceptional customer service and utilize our business systems to support our clients.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing customer service, assessing needs, and answering inquiries about parts, pricing, and availability.
• Sharing information on warranties, quality, delivery, and payment options.
• Completing internal transaction documents.
• Developing relationships with potential customers to generate new business.
• Informing customers about prices, shipping, delays, and other relevant details.
• Advising on substitutions or modifications when requested parts are unavailable.
• Processing orders accurately and following up as needed.
• Proposing appropriate pricing based on various criteria.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to convey product information clearly

• Flexibility for variable schedules
