What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls
- Identify key decision-makers within medical practices and build relationships with healthcare providers
- Deliver accurate product information and educate healthcare providers about vaccine programs
- Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
- Participate in training and sales meetings, ensuring compliance with promotional programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-Year College Degree required
- Minimum 1-3 years of inside sales experience or B2B territory management/account management experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed defined territory sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High work ethic, reliable, and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Inside pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Advanced listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across various systems
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
