Job summary

Bell & McCoy Companies in Phoenix/Scottsdale area seeks an energetic Inside Sales professional to support customers, our sales team, and manufacturers. You will handle orders, bids, pricing, and lead times, and must be comfortable contacting dozens of prospects daily.

Must be commutable to the Scottsdale / Phoenix Arizona office. Responsibilities include rapid email/phone responses, CRM data integrity, project coordination, and resolving returns or issues; prior manufacturing rep/home center

Qualifications

• Experience inside sales in a manufacturers representative context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and phone inquiries quickly and accurately.
• Provide pricing and lead times information.
• Manage projects and orders through CRM; maintain leads and opportunities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with customers, our sales team, and manufacturer partners to provide accurate details on orders and bids. Must be commutable to in office position in Scottsdale / Phoenix Arizona
