Job summary

New Castle Building Products, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our Northborough location. The role emphasizes an outgoing personality, strong communication, and a willingness to train the right candidate to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You will prepare quotes, generate work orders, handle returns, and work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver excellent service. Prior experience in metal materials is a plus, with full benefits offered.

• A good memory to retain working technical knowledge on building materials.
• Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication or metal roofing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for potential customers.
• Create computer generated work orders for customers.
• Handle and process customer returns.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Coordinate delivery requirements with the dispatcher.
• Occasional inventory purchasing.
• Maintain showroom stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our location based in Northborough, PAis seeking an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, candidates should have an outgoing personality, good communication skills and like to work with the general public. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotes for potential customers
• Preparing computer generated work orders for customers
• Handle and process customer returns
• Work closely with Branch Manager
• Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold
• Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher
• Occasional purchasing of inventory
• Maintain material stock in showroom
• You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned
