New Castle Building Products, a multi-location distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Representative at our Bensalem, PA location. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and product knowledge to support customers and the branch team.

Qualifications

• Must have a can do, customer service first attitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to retain working technical knowledge on vast amounts of building materials.
• Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication or metal roofing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for potential customers.
• Prepare computer generated work orders for customers.
• Handle and process customer returns.
• Work closely with Branch Manager.
• Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold.
• Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher.
• Occasional purchasing of inventory.
• Maintain material stock in showroom.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our location based in Bensalem, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, candidates should have an outgoing personality, good communication skills and like to work with the general public. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Preparing quotes for potential customers
