QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, is seeking a front-line Customer Service and Sales professional in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will receive and process requests for quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries, while coordinating deliveries with the operations team to ensure smooth service.

The role emphasizes sales support, adherence to pricing guidelines, and effective communication with customers, vendors, and management.

Qualifications

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information

Responsibilities
